Warm the Dead Body Pumpkin Soup

Not only is this the easiest soup in the world to make, it’s delicious. Perfect for a cool autumn night.

Pumpkin Soup (WWC)

  • 3 10-oz. cans cream of chicken soup
  • 3 cups canned pumpkin (or one medium can)
  • 3 cups half & half or milk
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 Tbs minced parsley
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste

1. Combine all ingredients in sauce pan; mix well. Simmer 3 minutes, adjusting seasonings and/or liquid as needed.
NOTE: DO NOT use seasoned pumpkin pie filling. Make sure only ingredient in can is pumpkin.
